Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 June 2026

At FitFive, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the FitFive mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Data Controller

FitFive is the data controller responsible for your personal data. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, you may contact us at contact@fitfiveapp.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect certain types of information to provide and improve our services. This includes:

  • Account information such as your email address and login credentials, provided during registration.
  • Profile details such as age and fitness goals, collected during onboarding.
  • Fitness data including workout logs, exercise sets, reps, weights, and timestamps entered by you.
  • Nutrition data including food entries, calorie counts, and macro splits.
  • Usage data including your Player Card stats, OVR score history, and interaction with features of the App.
  • Technical information such as device type, operating system, and app analytics collected through third-party analytics providers.
  • Subscription and purchase information, such as your subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers, processed on our behalf by our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data such as health diagnoses, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used to:

  • Provide, personalise, and improve the App and its features.
  • Calculate and display your Player Card radar chart and OVR score.
  • Monitor usage and performance to enhance the user experience.
  • Communicate with you regarding support inquiries, updates, or important changes.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following categories of trusted service providers, who act as data processors and are contractually bound to safeguard your information and may not use it for their own purposes:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure that stores your account, workout, and nutrition data.
  • PowerSync — background data synchronisation that keeps your data in sync between your device and our servers, including when you use the App offline.
  • RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management, which in turn shares limited data with Apple and Google to complete payments.
  • Mixpanel — product analytics that helps us understand feature usage and improve the App.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by reputable third-party service providers. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Once data is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised.

If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data from our systems within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

6. International Data Transfers

Because we use third-party service providers, your information may be transferred and processed outside of your country of residence. We take reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to request erasure of your data (right to be forgotten).
  • The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data.
  • The right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@fitfiveapp.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) at cnil.fr.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged thirteen (13) and above. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under this age without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided data without consent may contact us at support@fitfiveapp.com.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no security system is completely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your data. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Contact

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or the way we handle your personal data, please contact us at contact@fitfiveapp.com.
